LettingZone was created by landlords for landlords.

LettingZone was founded by Mark Garner (Managing Director) in 2000. Mark's vision was to create a one stop shop for landlords, offering the latest news and articles which directly affect landlords together with offering products and services that would benefit the landlord community. With a lot of hard work, time and effort LettingZone has succeeded in offering exactly what Mark set out to achieve back in 2000. Mark is also an extremely experienced landlord who started buying property in 1995 and now has a large rental portfolio throughout the Kent area. In addition Mark strongly believes in Landlord Associations as they ‘promote and protect the interests of landlords’ and has over the past 10 years also found time to accept a Directorship, at different times, with the 2 largest UK landlord associations. It is with this combined knowledge, expertise and experience that Mark has been able to recognise the requirements of landlords and grow LettingZone to the level that we have all come to know and appreciate.
