The theme of an event in Bromley later this month will be landlord advice, according to the borough's local council.

Information on various landlord responsibilities will be available to all of those who turn up to the annual Landlords' Forum at the Civic Centre, Bromley on October 13th.

Attendees will have the opportunity to listen to the council's housing team talk about renting out property through its selection of schemes, as well as gain the chance to listen to prominent industry figures.

Whether it is landlord rent issues or property tax questions that need to be discussed, it is likely that the members from the local authority's Housing Initiatives Team will have some of the answers.

Meanwhile, the Electrical Safety Council and the National Landlords Association (NLA) will be sending representatives to undertake presentations during the day.

The Bromley gathering will take place just over a month before the two-day NLA National Conference runs in Birmingham.
