Formula One legend Sir Stirling Moss will give landlord advice at a property show next month.

The 80-year-old has built up a portfolio of 43 homes, and is one of the thousands of private landlords in London.

He will be present at the Grand Designs Live London event on Monday May 4th at the Grand Seminar Theatre, where he will talk to the visitors about his experiences in the industry, reports the Independent.

Grand Designs Live runs at the ExCeL in England's capital from April 25th until May 4th. Moss's appearance effectively waves the chequered flag on the annual event.

MPs, property moguls, insulation experts and celebrity architects will be among the other individuals addressing the crowds during the course of the show.

The presenter of the television show version of Grand Designs, Kevin McCloud, will be the host at the ten-day extravaganza.
