An awards ceremony to celebrate the achievements of female private landlords and property professionals is fast approaching.

The National Landlords Association (NLA) Property Women Awards 2009 is scheduled to run on Thursday July 23rd at the Park Plaza Riverbank in London.

People attending will benefit from the views that overlook the River Thames, the Houses of Parliament and Millbank Tower.

With polls closing last month, there is no longer an opportunity to nominate private landlords and other property industry representatives for the plethora of accolades set to be presented.

At present, many questions remain regarding the outcome of the prizes such as who will win the most environmentally-friendly property female of the year and who will triumph in the main category - the NLA UK Property Woman of the Year 2009?

Various regional awards will be also presented by the association during the course of the evening.
