The female private landlords and housing professionals in contention for prizes at this year's National Landlords Association Property Women Awards have been revealed.

On Thursday July 23rd, the women in question will find out if they have been successful in a variety of subject categories.

All nominees have been judged on their property portfolio, financial success and personal achievements in the private-rented sector, which suggests they have been following their landlord responsibilities correctly.

Three finalists for each geographical region will have a chance to win their respective local Property Woman of the Year accolades, while there have also been shortlists devised for the greenest and youngest property women of 2009.

Fiona Macaskill, Kathryn Nevell and Elaine Stenson are the trio of property professionals who could walk away with the environmentally-friendly gong, while one of Amy Dixon, Elaine Duthie or Sophie Macaskill will be crowned Young Property Woman of the Year.

The Association of Residential Letting Agents is sponsoring the latter category.
