NO LETTING GO SETS NEW STANDARD FOR EXCELLENCE WITHIN THE INVENTORY MANAGEMENT SECTOR
No Letting Go, the
The company boasts a culture of continuous professional development and encourages all No Letting Go business owners to achieve full APIP (the ARLA backed Association of Professional Inventory Providers) accreditation within 12 months of opening. This month, No Letting Go celebrated the success of nine team members who all passed the APIP exam and advanced course which is mandatory for membership of APIP. Each team member is now eligible to use the designatory letters MAPIP.
In addition to participating in specific industry acknowledged training, No Letting Go regularly hosts dedicated workshops for its 18 strong network of offices. The latest of these was led by Ian Potter, Operations Manager for ARLA, with the focus for debate centring around issues relating to deposit schemes and the importance of accurate check outs, determining fair wear and tear and reporting damage and dilapidations.
Commenting on the recent collective achievements on the APIP advanced course, No Letting Go managing director Nick Lyons says “the cornerstone to No Letting Go’s appeal has always been a genuine passion to raise the benchmark for excellence within the inventory management sector and to offer landlords / letting agents a superior class of service. In order to deliver against this objective, it is essential that all our office owners undertake not just the rudimentary but the very highest standard of training possible and that continuous professional development is recognised as a natural prerequisite for anyone striving to achieve business success within the No Letting Go network”.
